  4. Note:
  5. 1) The directory structure provided on the NDIS 3.0 driver diskette has been
  6.    setup for automatic OEM installation. Also, more information can be found
  7.    in the Microsoft Windows NT User's Guide.
  8.  
  9. 2) Only x86-based Windows NT platforms are supported.
  10.  
  11.  
  12. Follow the steps listed below:
  13.  
  14. 1       Insert the NDIS 3.0 driver diskette into the floppy drive.
  15.  
  16. 2       From the "Control Panel" in the "Windows NT Main" window, double click
  17.         on the "Network" icon to install the PCI EthernetCard.
  18.  
  19. 3       In the "Network Settings" dialog box, choose "Add Adapter".
  20.  
  21. 4       In the "Add Network Adapter" dialog box, pull down the adapter card list
  22.         menu and select "<Other> Requires disk from manufacturer" from the list
  23.         and continue.
  24.  
  25. 5       In the next window, enter:
  26.  
  27.               A:\WINNT\NT31  or  A:\WINNT\NT35
  28.  
  29. 6       Then, select "PCI EthernetCard" from the dialog box to install
  30.         the PCI EthernetCard.
  31.  
  32. 7       Reboot your system to complete the driver installation process.
